ENTRY & FLOW
- Entry is first come, first served
- Please be respectful of neighbors and do not block driveways
- We may limit the number of shoppers inside at one time if needed

HOLDING ITEMS
- Items cannot be held without payment
- Paid items must be picked up by the agreed time

BAGS & PERSONAL ITEMS
- Large bags/purses may be restricted or subject to inspection
- We may provide holding areas for purchased items

SAFETY
- Enter at your own risk
- Not responsible for accidents or injuries on the property
- Please watch your step- some areas may be tight or uneven

CHILDREN
- Children must remain with you at all times
- Please do not allow running or rough handling of items

ITEM HANDLING
- Please handle items with care
- If you break it, you buy it

FURNITURE & LARGE ITEMS
- Buyers are responsible for moving and loading large items
- Please bring help and appropriate vehicles

DISCOUNTS
- Select items may be discounted on later sale days
- Early shoppers get best selection- later shoppers may get better deals
