1. Accepted forms of payment are cash, approved check, and credit/debit cards with a 3% transaction fee applied to purchase.
2. No prices given prior to sale.
3. No pre-sales.
4. A sign-up sheet will be placed outside front door one hour prior to start time to determine your order of entrance.
5. Items must be removed in a timely fashion.
6. Please bring help for loading of large items.
7. Not responsible for accidents.
8. Everything is being sold as is where is with no implied or expressed warranties or guarantees.
9. All purchased items must be removed from premises by Saturday at 2:00 p.m.
10. Please be respectful to neighbors when parking and do not block drives or park in yards.
11. A 7% sales tax will apply to all purchases unless you present a sales tax exemption form.

Estate tag sale in Greensboro, N.C. to be conducted on Friday July 21st from 10:00am-3:00pm and Saturday July 22nd from 9:00am-2:00pm. 50% off of remaining contents with the exception of the silver! Address is 608 Stage Coach Ct. Greensboro, N.C. 27409. Sale will feature antiques, collectibles, toys, sterling silver flatware, silver coins, proof and mint sets, U.S. currency, paper ephemera, toys, books, kitchenware, glassware, household, some tools, outdoor items and more. Please see photo captions for details. Coins and silver not on premises until sale day. A sign-up sheet will be posted one hour prior to sale start time on Friday and Saturday.
