* If you are disrespectful to our staff or any other individuals during the sale you will be asked to leave and this does include speaking negatively regarding prices, etc. In other words please leave your negative comments in the car, we try our best but are not perfect
* If you are caught stealing you will be prosecuted
* Please do not pull the tag on an item or put the item on hold unless you plan on purchasing the item
* Please do not switch price tags!(Price tag switching is considered stealing and we will prosecute) nor hide items to come back and get on discount day
* We reserve the right to limit the number of individuals into home at one time and will also request a single file line before entering. Weather is getting colder so please feel free to wait in your car until we get there.
* All items must be out by 5pm on last day of sale
* Forms of payment are Checks, cash and credit cards
* We take all information on credit card transactions, if u dispute your credit card charge after the purchase you will be blocked from future credit card purchases

Items are 50% off on Sunday hours are 1pm-5pm. Please remember to park in cul-de-sac at entrance of development! Unfortunately you cannot park on streets. THIS IS NOT MY RULE!! Development is privately owned and the HOA controls parking! You can drop off at driveway and pickup if needed. Numbers will be out at 10am!! Please be back 15 minutes before start of sale.

We are having a nice super clean estate sale off of Piedmont pkwy & Tarrant Rd in Greensboro. Owners have moved from the townhome and left us with some great items to sell. Due to the small roads in development there is no parking except for drop-off and pickups in front of home or on either side of road. There is a cul-de-sac at the entrance of development where you can park. HOA will have vehicles towed if parked on road. I know its not an ideal situation so Thanks for understanding! If you are interested in purchasing an item and feel you cannot walk the short distance please call me after the sale starts and we can work it out.
