*All items listed will be at the sale, we do not "pre-sale" nor give prices of items over the phone or via email. If you need help with larger items please bring adequate help. We nor the homeowners are responsible for any accidents, injuries or damage, all items are sold "as is" with a no return policy. Due to the large amount of fragile items we strongly discourage small children. We reserve the right to limit the number of shoppers into the sale. We are pleased to accept Visa, MasterCard (3% convenience fee), checks and cash. All purchased items must be removed by 3pm Sunday.
* Due to cold weather there will be a sign up sheet placed on a table in the driveway beginning at 8am on Friday morning. Please print name on sheet and take number corresponding with your name on sign up sheet
