Terms of Tag Sale:
1. Accepted forms of payment are cash, approved check, and credit/debit cards with a 3% transaction fee applied to purchase.
2. No prices given prior to sale.
3. No pre-sales.
4. There will be a sign up sheet out 30 minutes prior to start time to determine your order of entrance.
5. Items must be removed without damage to the house.
6. Please bring muscle for loading of large items, we do not load furniture.
7. Not responsible for accidents.
8. Everything is being sold as is where is with no implied or expressed warranties or guarantees. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!!
9. All purchased items must be removed from premises by the end of the sale!
10. Please be respectful to neighbors when parking and do not block drives or park in yards, or block mailboxes.
11. No public restroom.
