Fantastic Two Day Estate Sale in Hamilton Forest Neighborhood

Due to the Current COVID 19 Virus Situation we will be following certain guidelines and practices in order to protect the health of our customers and our staff.
- We will require social distancing of 6 feet apart between other
customers and staff
- We will maintain appropriate distancing between customers at checkout
- We will be following current occupancy limits.
- Face covering or mask is required
- We will have hand sanitizers available
- Check out equipment will be sanitized after each transaction
- Please limit unnecessary touching and handling of items
- Due to health concerns there will be no public restroom facilities.

- We reserve the right to refuse entrance and/or service to anyone that
is posing a risk to others or failing to follow these guidelines.

- Cash, Check and Credit Cards with CHIP and with Two Proper ID'S ONLY. Correct address must be printed on your check.
- All Sales Final. NO refunds or returns... So check your purchases carefully.
- Bring your own "man power" for moving and loading larger items WE CANNOT HELP !!!!. Thank You !
- Any damage to the Home caused by moving any furniture is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to PAY for the repair of the damage. SO BE CAREFUL moving items!!
- A Two Part Tag System is being used..... Your name and phone number MUST be on the top part of the tag in order to claim it. Pay for immediately at check out. (Be sure to tear off the bottom portion of the tag to claim the item..This tag will be marked paid when- you pay.) DO NOT PULL A TAG IF YOU ARE NOT COMMITTING TO PURCHASING THE ITEM !!! Items will be re-tagged.
All items must be removed before the end of the Day of purchase unless prior arrangements are made.
- We are not responsible for accidents on the premises.
- NO Food or Drinks or Pets allowed in the Home.

- Announcements the day of the Sale take precedence over earlier advertisements.
-Please be considerate of the neighbors !!...Do not block the streets or neighbor's driveways. DO NOT Park in the Driveway..
