* If you are disrespectful to our staff or any other individuals during the sale you will be asked to leave and this does include speaking negatively regarding prices, etc. In other words please leave your negative comments in the car, we try our best but are not perfect
* If you are caught stealing you will be prosecuted
* Please do not pull the tag on an item or put the item on hold unless you plan on purchasing the item
* Please do not switch price tags!(Price tag switching is considered stealing and we will prosecute) nor hide items to come back and get on discount day
* We reserve the right to limit the number of individuals into home at one time and will also request a single file line before entering. Weather is getting colder so please feel free to wait in your car until we get there.

Another fantastic day!! Thank you guys!! We have gotten the okay to go 50% off on Sunday!! Tons sold but tons left, and what's left is all the high end items so come see us on Sunday hours are 1pm-5pm!! I will put the signup sheet out at 12 noon.
Fantastic Estate sale in Cardinal Cove off Fleming in North Greensboro. This house is packed full of Beautiful Furniture including Ethan Allen, Lexington, Century and more. There is also a great selection of antique books, a chicken collection, schnauzer dog collectibles, LaBarge mirrors and coffee tables, a beautiful grandfather clock, Christmas items, outdoor items, clothing and tons more! There is plenty of curbed parking on the street so there should be no issues with parking, but please remember to not block neighbors driveways or mailboxes. A signup sheet will go out 1 hour before sale starts. We hope everyone can come out for this great sale! If you cannot make it please don't hesitate to call me once the sale starts if you are interested in anything. Pickups will be Monday after the sale and please bring help to move items as some of the bigger pieces are located upstairs.
