* If you are purchasing furniture and larger items please bring your own help to move
* If you are disrespectful to our staff or any other individuals during the sale you will be asked to leave and this does include speaking negatively regarding prices, etc. In other words please leave your negative comments in the car, we try our best but are not perfect
* If you are caught stealing you will be prosecuted
* Please do not pull the tag on an item or put the item on hold unless you plan on purchasing the item
* Please do not switch price tags!(Price tag switching is considered stealing and we will prosecute) nor hide items to come back and get on discount day
* We reserve the right to limit the number of individuals into home at one time and will also request a single file line before entering. Weather is getting colder so please feel free to wait in your car until we get there.
* All items must be out by 5pm on last day of sale
* Forms of payment are Checks, cash and credit cards
* We take all information on credit card transactions, if u dispute your credit card charge after the purchase you will be blocked from future credit card purchases

50% off Sunday hours are 1pm-5pm!! At 4pm i will start bulking pricing items such as books, yarn, crafts, dvds and fabric!! Nice estate sale in a Gorgeous home in Cardinal Woods. Owners were world travelers and have left us with some beautiful items they purchased during their travels. There is also some beautiful furniture, Native American pottery, Persian rugs, African artifacts, tons of books (lots of religious), tons of dvds, cds, china and crystal, nice frontload whirlpool washer and dryer with stands, a whirlpool side by side refrigerator, Grandeur Noel Christmas items, a Henredon bedroom set in mint condition, twin bedroom set, wicker photography chair, Rubbermaid storage cabinets, treadmill and exercise bike, wooden shelving, oak Amish blanket cabinet and bow front cabinet, sterling silver jewelry, tons of yarn for crafting, nice vtg clothing and coats and tons more!!! Some of the bigger items are located upstairs so please bring adequate help to get these items down and loaded!! As normal, i will put numbers our 1 hour prior to sale start each day! Hope to see everybody at our last sale before the Christmas holidays!! 🎄
