- ANY DAMAGE to the Home caused by moving any furniture is the SOLE RESPONSIBILITY
of the PURCHASER to PAY for the repair of the damage.

- A Two Part Tag System is being used on larger items..... Your name and phone number MUST be on the back of the top part of the tag (left attached to item)
in order to claim item after paying. Bottom part of tag will be marked paid and will be your receipt. Do not pull bottom part of the tag if you are not committing to purchase item! Items will be re-tagged.
- We or the Owners are not responsible for any accidents on the Property.

- Please leave Food and Drinks and Pets Outside the Home. Thank you!
