4. Numbers will be handed out 30 minutes prior to start time to determine your order of entrance.
5. Items must be removed in a timely fashion.
6. Please bring help for loading of large items.
7. Not responsible for accidents.
8. Everything is being sold as is where is with no implied or expressed warranties or guarantees.
9. All purchased items must be removed from premises by Saturday at 4:00 p.m.
10. Please be respectful to neighbors when parking and do not block drives or park in yards.

Estate tag sale in Greensboro, N.C. to be conducted on Friday July12th(10:00am-06:00pm) and Saturday July 13th(09:00am-04:00pm). Address is 29 Bluff Ridge Ct. Greensboro, N.C. 27455. Please make sure and park on one side of street. Sale will feature furniture, antiques, collectibles, gold jewelry, costume jewelry,Mikimoto pearl strand, opal bead strand, camera, oriental themed items, books, sterling flatware, household, kitchenware, tools, and more.
