* PLEASE NOTE THAT WE WILL (VIA SQUARE) CHARGE A 3% FEE ON ALL CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS *
* NO HOLDS! All items sold on a first come, first serve basis.
* YOU MAY OBTAIN A SOLD TICKET FOR LARGE ITEMS ONLY FROM ROOM ATTENDANT. WILL HAVE TO PURCHASE AND TAKE ITEM(S) WITHIN 30 MIN. IF ITEM IS NOT PAID FOR WITHIN 30 MIN, SOLD TICKET WILL BE REMOVED.
Owner has the right to remove an item before the sale.

PLEASE NOTE:
1) Please BRING YOUR OWN HELP to load any heavy or large items purchased at the sale. Buyers are responsible for the removal of large items. If you plan on purchasing a large or heavy item, please bring adequate help, as we are not available to load heavy or large items. Purchased items must be removed from the property prior to closing the day it is purchased!
2) Be sure to examine all items closely and carefully before you pay for them. You are welcome to test the working condition of electronic items on site. All items are sold "AS IS". We make NO guarantees regarding the operational or cosmetic condition of items sold and we do not offer refunds.
3) If anyone is caught stealing, the proper authorities will be contacted.
4) Doors will open at the published time, not before.
5) If you pick up an item and decide not to buy it, please place the item back where you found it.
6) Please be careful while shopping. If you break or damage an item, you are fully responsible for the cost of the item.
7) Please respect the property. Do not bring food or drinks into the home. If you damage the home at any time, you are responsible for the repairs.
8) Please be aware, homeowners are not responsible for accidents.
9) Public restrooms will NOT be available for public use at the sale.
