Please DO NOT walk across lawn to get into home. Use driveway ONLY !! Home scheduled to close shortly after estate sale so we are trying to keep carpets and home in good condition.
Please DO NOT park on neighbor lawns - street parking only !! Be respectful of community. There are a number of large items upstairs in this home - BE PREPARED with proper manpower / tools to remove any purchased item - WE CANNOT ASSIST YOU - you are solely responsible for removing any purchased item from the home.
