There are a number of large items upstairs in this home - BE PREPARED with proper manpower / tools to remove any purchased item - WE CANNOT ASSIST YOU - you are solely responsible for removing any purchased item from the home. All PRICED items are available for sale prior to sale dates (call with a credit card to purchase sight unseen) and can be picked up the week immediately prior to sale dates.
