Red Cardinal Estate Sales — Sale Guidelines

PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN THE DRIVEWAY UNLESS YOU ARE PICKING UP FURNITURE.

We accept Cash & All Major Credit Card with a $10.00 minimum purchase with Valid ID.

Please Note the Following:

1. Sold Stickers:
Only Red Cardinal Estate Sales stickers are permitted. If you wish to purchase an item, please ask an associate for a sold sticker. Once tagged, you are committed to buying that item. Please avoid holding or hoarding items while you “decide” — this prevents others from having a fair chance to purchase.

2. All Sales Final:
Please inspect items carefully before purchasing. Everything is sold as is — no refunds or exchanges. We cannot guarantee electronics are in working condition, so please test them before purchase.

3. Pricing & Discounts:
Prices are firm on the first day of the sale. Discounts will be offered as the sale progresses on following days.

4. Item Pickup:
Buyers are responsible for removing large purchases no later than two hours before closing on the final day of the sale, unless prior arrangements are made. Please bring your own help for heavy lifting.

5. Theft Policy:
Anyone caught stealing will be reported to the police immediately.

6. Entry & Timing:
We reserve the right to open early due to weather, parking concerns and/or crowd size.

7. Handling Items:
If you decide not to purchase an item you’ve picked up, please return it to its original location or hand it to a staff member to replace for you.

8. Damaged Items:
If you break or damage an item, you are responsible for paying for it.

9. Food, Drinks & Trash:
Please do not bring food or beverages inside the home, and dispose of all trash properly.

10. Pre-Sales & Pricing Requests:
We do not offer pre-sales or quote prices before the sale begins.
