Bring CASH. Credit Cards accepted w/ 3.5 % service charge. We DO accept checks with proper ID. Due to NC State law, sales tax will be collected unless you have a valid resale tax number.
Bring your own packing materials and boxes. There is NO EXTRA STAFF so please bring your own help when buying furniture or large bulky items.
All merchandise must be picked up by the end of the sale on Saturday.
All items sold as-is, where is, and ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Valuables are removed from the site until the start of the sale and premises are monitored.

We have been contracted to sell the contents of Bertha S. Marlowe's home by her guardian via the tag sale method. The Marlowe family were avid baseball fans and were super fans of the Crawdads and Atlanta Braves. Bertha's brother was MLB player Herm Starrette (Baltimore orioles) 1964-1967, and life long pitching coach of many major league teams including the Philadelphia Phillies in 1980, when they won the world series.
