All items must be removed by end of sale.
**Small children need to be supervised at all times**
We always try to have adequate staff to ASSIST in moving and loading large items
We will have only a limited number of boxes and wrapping, please plan on bringing boxes and wrapping for your purchases.
Please do not block street or traffic, be courteous of neighbors
Homeowner nor Estate Solutions are responsible for injuries or accidents during sale.
We gladly accept cash or credit cards and NEVER charge extra for credit/debit cards, however we DO NOT accept checks

Our prices are FIRM on the first day of the sale. We feel that we price fairly from the start, and hold FIRM on day 1 to be fair to ALL OF OUR CUSTOMERS AND OUR CLIENTS. Please don't ask for discounts on day 1, as we will have to turn you down.

We open the second day with a standard discount (usually 50%) and MAY negotiate lower in the last hour of the sale (we do not allow customers to stock pile merchandise until the last hour!)
