* No refunds, all sales are final. All items are sold "as is", there will be electric outlets to test lamps, etc.

* There is moving assistance for larger pieces, would be a good idea to bring additional help.

* All items purchased are to be removed on day or purchase unless arrangements have been made with Vendor Staff.

* There is not a Hold Area, please do not hoard items to decide on later, if you change your mind please return to the main shop area where you found it or to a Vendor Staff member in the Sale area.

*There are shopping carts for your convenience, no large bags please.

* Vendor Staff will provide a SOLD sign once purchased, please return to the shopping area with your receipt so this can be done for you.

* There is a walk up ramp, big parking lot and parking is allowed on the street, please do not block any business drives.

* Please be careful while shopping. If you break or damage an item, you are fully responsible for the cost of the item.

* Please respect the property. Do not bring food or drinks in.

* We do not do "pre-sales" or provide pricing information prior to the start of a sale.
