2. No prices given prior to sale.
3. No pre-sales.
4. Sign-up sheet will be placed outside one hour prior to sale to determine your order of entrance.
5. Items must be removed in a timely fashion.
6. Please bring help for loading of large items.
7. Not responsible for accidents.
8. Everything is being sold as is where is with no implied or expressed warranties or guarantees.
9. All purchased items must be removed from premises by Saturday at 2:00 p.m.
10. Please be respectful to neighbors when parking and do not block drives or park in yards.

Sale address is 1833-C Johnson St. High Point, N.C. 27262. This is a condominium location so please make sure and park in spaces designated marked visitor. There are several within parking lot area. A sign-up sheet will be placed outside one hour prior to sale start time each day.
