Terms of Tag Sale:

1. Accepted forms of payment are cash, approved check, and credit/debit cards with a 3% transaction fee applied to purchase.
2. No prices given prior to sale.
3. No pre-sales.
4. A sign-up sheet will be placed outside front door one hour prior to start time to determine your order of entrance.
5. Items must be removed in a timely fashion.
6. Please bring help for loading of large items.
7. Not responsible for accidents.
8. Everything is being sold as is where is with no implied or expressed warranties or guarantees.
9. All purchased items must be removed from premises by Saturday at 2:00 p.m.
10. Please be respectful to neighbors when parking and do not block drives or park in yards.
11. A 7% sales tax will apply to all purchases unless you present a sales tax exemption form.

Estate tag sale to be conducted in High Point, N.C. on Friday September 29th from 10:00am-3:00pm and Saturday September 30th from 9:00am-2:00pm. Sale address is 4205 Pennfield Way, High Point, N.C. 27262. This is a very clean, pristine estate with several nice items including: fine furnishings (Henredon, Thomasville, Henkel Harris, LaBarge and More), nice home accessories, rugs, lamps, souvenirs from world travels, collectibles, household, kitchenware, some ladies clothing and jackets (fur coats and jackets), some purses, Murano glass, Ducks Unlimited and waterfowl prints, gold and silver jewelry, decoys and figures, outdoor items and more. Please see photo captions for details. A sign-up sheet will be posted outside near garage door one hour prior to sale start time on each day. Jewelry will not be on premises until day of sale.
