* In some cases you may be asked to return to the sale to load items at a later time especially heavy, bulky items from smaller spaces during busy

3. Payment accepted: Apple Pay, Google Pay, All Major Credit & Debit Card (+3%fee), and CASH--No Checks!

5. Enter at your own risk. Market City Estate Sales nor the homeowner will be held liable for accidents.
6. No Public Restroom.
