1. Accepted forms of payment are cash, approved check, and credit/debit cards with a 3% transaction fee applied to purchase.
2. No prices given prior to sale.
3. No pre-sales.
4. A sign-up sheet will be placed outside front door one hour prior to start time to determine your order of entrance.
5. Items must be removed in a timely fashion.
6. Please bring help for loading of large items.
7. Not responsible for accidents.
8. Everything is being sold as is where is with no implied or expressed warranties or guarantees.
9. All purchased items must be removed from premises by Saturday at 2:00 p.m.
10. Please be respectful to neighbors when parking and do not block drives or park in yards.
11. A 7% sales tax will apply to all purchases unless you present a sales tax exemption form.

50% off of remaining contents! Estate tag sale in High Point, N.C. to be conducted on Friday September 20th, 2024 from 10:00am-3:00pm and Saturday September 21st from 9:00am-2:00pm. Sale address is 1114 Rockford Rd. High Point, N.C. 27262. A sign-up sheet will be posted near garage door one hour prior to sale start time on each day. Line will form near garage door area. Estate sale will feature fine furniture, antiques, collectibles, home decor, household, kitchenware, China, glassware, silver dollars, military grouping, assorted prints, books and more.
