Terms of Tag Sale:

1. Accepted forms of payment are cash, approved check, and credit/debit cards with a 3% transaction fee applied to purchase.
2. No prices given prior to sale.
3. No pre-sales.
4. A sign-up sheet will be placed outside front door one hour prior to start time to determine your order of entrance.
5. Items must be removed in a timely fashion.
6. Please bring help for loading of large items.
7. Not responsible for accidents.
8. Everything is being sold as is where is with no implied or expressed warranties or guarantees.
9. All purchased items must be removed from premises by Saturday at 2:00 p.m.
10. Please be respectful to neighbors when parking and do not block drives or park in yards.
11. A 7% sales tax will apply to all purchases unless you present a sales tax exemption form.

50% off Saturday with the exception of the Jensen sign, cash register and Ulmia worktable (Price 550.00) and remaining firearms. Estate tag sale in High Point, N.C. to be conducted on Friday November 22nd from 10:00am-3:00pm and Saturday November 23rd from 9:00am-2:00pm. Sale address is 1313 Longcreek Dr. High Point, N.C. 27262. Please note to dress warm. Sale will be conducted in garage and outside in driveway. Seller still lives in house. Seller is downsizing and sale will feature antiques, fine furniture, home decor, guns (purchases require FFL or CCW paperwork), pottery, glass, lamps, barware, MCM items, K.B.
