1. Accepted forms of payment are cash, approved check, and credit/debit cards with a 3% transaction fee applied to purchase.
2. No prices given prior to sale.
3. No pre-sales.
4. A sign-up sheet will be placed outside front door one hour prior to start time to determine your order of entrance.
5. Items must be removed in a timely fashion.
6. Please bring help for loading of large items.
7. Not responsible for accidents.
8. Everything is being sold as is where is with no implied or expressed warranties or guarantees.
9. All purchased items must be removed from premises by Saturday at 2:00 p.m.
10. Please be respectful to neighbors when parking and do not block drives or park in yards.
11. A 7% sales tax will apply to all purchases unless you present a sales tax exemption form.

We do our best to mark what is sold but we cannot remember everything. There is plenty left. Estate downsizing sale in High Point N.C. to be conducted on Friday November 7th, 2025, from 10:00am till 3:00pm and Saturday November 8th, 2025, from 9:00am-2:00pm. Sale address is 925 Country Club Dr. High Point, N.C. 27262. Sign-up sheet will be placed outside garage area one hour prior to sale start time on each day. This is a downsizing sale. This sale will be staged in garage and outside driveway area of house only so dress accordingly. There are occupants in the house. Sale will feature 2003 Mercedes E320 (114,500 miles), antiques, mid-century modern items, furniture, collectibles, designer clothes and accessories, shoes, lamps, furniture and home accessories, household, kitchen items, hunting and fishing, glassware. lamps, tools and more.
