Terms of Auction: A 7% NC Sales tax will apply to purchases. We thank you in advance for your cash or good check; we will also accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover with a 3% premium that will be applied to all credit/debit card purchases. A 10% Buyer's Premium will apply to all absentee or phone bids. A valid North Carolina photo ID and either CCW or FFL will be required for gun purchases. Valid driver’s license and phone number will be required to register for a number. Everything being sold as is, where is, no warranties expressed or implied. All sales final. Buyer assumes responsibility of item on completion of bid. Sellers reserve the right to add or delete items. Information provided is believed to be accurate, however, it is not guaranteed.
