All property is sold AS IS, WHERE IS, and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted under any circumstances. Variations in condition should be expected, including but not limited to dust, surface residue, rust, oxidation, fading, finish loss, and structural wear. Any condition report given reflects professional opinions and should not be treated as a factual guarantee. Buyers waive any claims regarding errors or omissions in such reports and are solely responsible for inspecting lots prior to bidding. All property is available for examination prior to bidding, and items may be viewed in person by appointment only.

The purchase price payable by the winning bidder shall be the final hammer price plus a 25% buyer?s premium. Purchases are subject to 6.75% North Carolina sales tax, unless a valid resale certificate is provided and approved by LiveAuctioneers.

Golden Oldies Antiques reserves the right to reject any bid and to refuse participation to any bidder at its sole discretion. The highest bidder acknowledged by Golden Oldies Antiques shall be deemed the purchaser.
All purchased items must be removed within thirty (30) days of the auction date. Items not collected within this period will be subject to storage fees of $10.00 per lot, per day, with no exceptions.
Failure to collect purchased items within forty-five (45) days of the auction date will result in forfeiture of ownership. At that time, the auction house reserves the right to resell, consign, or donate the item(s) without notice, unless prior written arrangements have been made.
All lots must be paid in full prior to removal or shipment. Invoices will be issued through LiveAuctioneers. All Item pickups MUST be scheduled in advance with Golden Oldies Antiques. Upon request, Golden Oldies Antiques can recommend third-party shipping companies. Additionally, select items may be packed and shipped by Golden Oldies Antiques via UPS Ground or freight service. Shipping costs will be quoted once items are packed and must be paid in full prior to release. While all items are packed with the utmost care, Golden Oldies Antiques is not responsible for damage incurred during transit. Any shipping-related claims must be made directly with the carrier.
