Welcome to our Massive Antiques, Vintage, and Architectural Salvage Estate sale. This is a massive sale that will span three consecutive weekends due to the amount of items be sold. The dates of the sale are as follows:
September 24-27
October 1-4
October 8-11
Thursday-Saturday 9am-6pm
Sunday 9am-4pm

Sale Policies & Customer Guidelines
Thank you for shopping with us! We want everyone to have an enjoyable and safe experience. Please review the following guidelines before attending the sale.

BEFORE THE SALE
We do not provide prices prior to the sale.
Items may occasionally be removed from the sale. We will make every effort to update photos and online postings when we know an item has been removed.
Announcements made on the day of the sale will take precedence over previously published advertisements.

PARKING AND ENTRY
Parking is limited but there is space at the corner of W. English Rd and W. Ward Ave. Please be considerate of our neighbors when parking. Do not block driveways or park in yards.
For everyone's safety and comfort, we reserve the right to limit the number of shoppers inside the venue at any given time.
Doors will open at the advertised time. Please do not arrive expecting to enter before the posted opening time.
Restrooms are NOT available at the sale location.

PAYMENT
We accept CASH and CREDIT/DEBIT cards. We do NOT accept checks.
A 3% fee will be added to all card transactions.
SALES TAX IS INCLUDED IN THE MARKED PRICE.
If you are sales-tax exempt, please provide a copy of your exemption documentation before completing your purchase.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL
All sales are final. Items are sold as-is, where-is, with no expressed or implied warranties or guarantees.
No refunds or exchanges will be given. Please carefully inspect each item before purchasing. We do our best to accurately represent the condition of items but ultimately the buyer is responsible for conducting their own due diligence.
Please be careful when handling and inspecting items. If you break or damage an item you are fully responsible for the entire cost of the item.

LARGE ITEMS AND PACKING
Please bring your own assistance for loading large or heavy items, as our employees are generally unable to help with loading.
All items are to be removed from the premises at the time of purchase unless otherwise arranged. We are not responsible for items left on premises during or after the sale.
While we do our best to provide packing materials for your convenience, we encourage you to bring your own bags, boxes, and packing supplies.

PRICING AND DISCOUNT
Prices are marked and not negotiable. Because of the volume of merchandise, NEW PIECES WILL BE ADDED DAILY. As a result, discounts will be offered on the last two days of the sale, on October 10-11, 2026

SAFETY AND SECURITY
Please shop responsibly and use caution while on the property.
We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damages. By attending the sale, attendees assume responsibility for risks associated with being on the property before, during, and after the sale and release the property owner and their representatives and agents from claims arising from such risks.
No backpacks or large bags are allowed at the sale. Please leave these items in your vehicle.
No food or beverages are allowed inside the sale.
Theft will not be tolerated. If anyone is caught stealing, the police will be contacted.
