There will not be a general preview.
All sales are FINAL and sold 'AS IS, WHERE IS" and no refunds given.
It is YOUR responsibility to check items thoroughly for any defects.
We accept Visa, MC, Discover and CASH ONLY !!

Buyers are responsible for removal and loading of all items sold. PLEASE BRING ENOUGH MUSCLE to move items. Our insurance does not allow employees to move items!
The Owner or Caring Transitions are nor responsible for accidents on premise.


Any item with a price in the picture description is available for advance sale. Please contact me to purchase an item early using a credit card.

DISCOUNT SCHEDULE:
Prices "As Marked" on Saturday.
All items will be discounted on Sunday. Items will be 50% off unless marked otherwise.

PLEASE NOTE - We do accept BIDS during the days of the sale.

Bid Box

We accept bids via a bid box. Bids in the box will be reviewed when the sale is closed before discounts periods. If you have the highest bid greater than the upcoming discount price, we will call you. If you agree to the purchase at your bid price, we will process your credit card and mark the item as sold.
