1. Accepted forms of payment are cash, approved check, and credit/debit cards with a 3% transaction fee applied to purchase.
2. No prices given prior to sale.
3. No pre-sales.
4. Numbers will be handed out 30 minutes prior to start time to determine your order of entrance.
5. Items must be removed in a timely fashion.
6. Please bring help for loading of large items.
7. Not responsible for accidents.
8. Everything is being sold as is where is with no implied or expressed warranties or guarantees.
9. All purchased items must be removed from premises by Saturday at 2:00 p.m.
10. Please be respectful to neighbors when parking and do not block drives or park in yards.
11. A 7% sales tax will apply to all purchases unless you present a sales tax exemption form.

Estate Tag Sale in High Point, N.C.!
Estate tag sale in High Point, N.C. to be conducted on Friday March 19th (10:00am-03:00pm) and Saturday March 20th (09:00am-02:00pm) . Sale will feature furniture, riding mower, push mower, pottery, collectibles, antiques, china, kitchenware, household, tools, outdoor items, clothes and miscellaneous. Please check photo captions for details. We recommend the use of masks. We will be practicing social distancing. Hand sanitizer will be available. If you feel ill or do not feel safe then please do not attend. If there is an item you are interested in you may call 30 minutes after sale starts each day for inquiry and purchase.
