1. Accepted forms of payment are cash, approved check, and credit/debit cards with a 3% transaction fee applied to purchase.
2. No prices given prior to sale.
3. No pre-sales.
4. A sign-up sheet will be placed outside front door one hour prior to start time to determine your order of entrance.
5. Items must be removed in a timely fashion.
6. Please bring help for loading of large items.
7. Not responsible for accidents.
8. Everything is being sold as is where is with no implied or expressed warranties or guarantees.
9. All purchased items must be removed from premises by Saturday at 2:00 p.m.
10. Please be respectful to neighbors when parking and do not block drives or park in yards.
11. A 7% sales tax will apply to all purchases unless you present a sales tax exemption form.

Estate tag sale to be conducted in High Point, N.C. on Friday September 4th from 10:00am-3:00pm and Saturday September 5th from 9:00am-2:00pm. Address will post closer to sale date. A sign-up sheet will be posted one hour prior to start time on each day. Sale will feature fine furniture, toys, records, comic books, books, housewares, kitchenware, collectibles, tools, riding lawnmower, clothes, home decor, Christmas, holiday collectibles, bluegrass and country 78 records, clothes and more.
