Terms of Tag Sale:
1. Accepted forms of payment are cash, approved check, and credit/debit cards with a 3% transaction fee applied to purchase.
2. No prices given prior to sale.
3. No pre-sales.
4. Numbers will be handed out 30 minutes prior to start time to determine your order of entrance.
5. Items must be removed in a timely fashion.
6. Please bring help for loading of large items.
7. Not responsible for accidents.
8. Everything is being sold as is where is with no implied or expressed warranties or guarantees.
9. All purchased items must be removed from premises by Saturday at 5:00 p.m.
10. Please be respectful to neighbors when parking and do not block drives or park in yards.
Estate Tag Sale in High Point, N.C.!
Estate tag sale to be conducted in High Point, N.C.! Tractor, Guns, Furniture, Antiques, Collectibles, Household, Tools, Costume Jewelry and more! Estate tag sale will be conducted on Friday December 16th from 10:00am-04:00pm and Saturday December 17th from 09:00am-04:00pm. Address will post on Thursday December 15th prior to sale dates. Make plans on attending this wonderful pre-Christmas sale. Sale will be conducted in house basement and outside building. Concealed and carry or permit is required for all gun purchases. Guns are not on premise until sale day. Sale will be conducted in basement of house and building structure beside of house. After we hand out numbers 30 minutes prior to sale start time you can return to your vehicles to stay warm. Please make sure you are back in line a few minutes prior to sale start time so we can take up numbers and let folks in accordingly. There is limited space in both areas and we will monitor amount of people in each area to safely conduct the sale. Thank you for your continued support and attendance.
