1. Accepted forms of payment are cash, approved check, and credit/debit cards with a 3% transaction fee applied to purchase.
2. No prices given prior to sale.
3. No pre-sales.
4. Numbers will be handed out 30 minutes prior to start time to determine your order of entrance.
5. Items must be removed in a timely fashion.
6. Please bring help for loading of large items.
7. Not responsible for accidents.
8. Everything is being sold as is where is with no implied or expressed warranties or guarantees.
9. All purchased items must be removed from premises by Saturday at 4:00 p.m.
10. Please be respectful to neighbors when parking and do not block drives or park in yards.
11. State and county sales tax will be applied to purchases.

Estate Tag Sale in High Point, N.C.!50% off of all items on Saturday!
Estate tag sale in High Point, N.C. to be conducted on Friday Jume 12th(10:00am-06:00pm) and Saturday June 13th(09:00am-04:00pm). Sale will feature furniture, antiques, collectibles, clocks, pedal cars, primitives, some tools, household, outdoor items, miscellaneous and more. Due to recent North Carolina legislation all estate sale/tag sale operators are required to collect and remit sales tax. Please see photo captions for details. We reserve the right to limit the number of shoppers allowed in the house at one time. Please maintain proper distancing. Hand Sanitizer will be stationed at two check out areas.
