4. Sign-up sheet will be placed outside one hour prior to sale to determine your order of entrance.
5. Items must be removed in a timely fashion.
6. Please bring help for loading of large items.
7. Not responsible for accidents.
8. Everything is being sold as is where is with no implied or expressed warranties or guarantees.
9. All purchased items must be removed from premises by Saturday at 2:00 p.m.
10. Please be respectful to neighbors when parking and do not block drives or park in yards.
11. A 7% sales tax will apply to all purchases unless you present a sales tax exemption form.

Please note that entrance to sale will be at back of house at the carport area. Sign-up sheet will also be located there. Estate tag sale in High Point, N.C. to be conducted on Friday April 7th from 10:00am-3:00pm and Saturday April 8th from 9:00am-2:00pm. Estate sale address is 3903 Payne Rd. High Point, N.C. 27265. A sign-up sheet with company logo will be placed outside one hour prior to sale to determine entrance. Estate sale will feature 2005 Starcraft Popup Camper, John Deere riding mower, 2002 GT BMX Compe bicycle, furniture, antiques, primitives, Americana items, collectibles, lots of enamelware pieces, skateboards, toys, china, books, household, tools, yard items, and more.
