1. Accepted forms of payment are cash, approved check, and credit/debit cards with a 3% transaction fee applied to purchase.
2. No prices given prior to sale.
3. No pre-sales.
4. A sign-up sheet will be placed outside garage door on side of house one hour prior to start time to determine your order of entrance.
5. Items must be removed in a timely fashion.
6. Please bring help for loading of large items.
7. Not responsible for accidents.
8. Everything is being sold as is where is with no implied or expressed warranties or guarantees.
9. All purchased items must be removed from premises by Saturday at 2:00 p.m.
10. Please be respectful to neighbors when parking and do not block drives or park in yards.
11. A 7% sales tax will apply to all purchases unless you present a sales tax exemption form.

50% off of remaining contents! Estate Tag Sale in High Point, N.C. to be conducted on Friday August 18th from 10:00am-3:00pm and Saturday August 19th from 9:00am-2:00pm. Sale address is 809 Oakview Rd. High Point, N.C. 27265. This is the deceased estate of Ed and Jesse Kemp. This will be a very large estate sale that features furniture, antiques, collectibles, kitchenware, numerous ladies' clothing items (size large and some extra large), accessories, lunchboxes, glassware, China, lots of home decor, outdoor items, tools, yard items, lots of books, craft items, baskets, kitchenware, holiday items, household and more. Please check photo captions for details. There is parking available on the property as well as the church across the street. Please follow signs for property parking. There is an additional access to parking at rear of property using Westfield St. and Fairmeadow Ave. Use directional signs for access. Sign-up sheet will be placed outside at garage one hour prior to sale start time each day. We thank you for your continued support!
