* If you are disrespectful to our staff or any other individuals during the sale you will be asked to leave and this does include speaking negatively regarding prices, etc. In other words please leave your negative comments in the car, we try our best but are not perfect
* If you are caught stealing you will be prosecuted
* Please do not pull the tag on an item or put the item on hold unless you plan on purchasing the item
* Please do not switch price tags!(Price tag switching is considered stealing and we will prosecute) nor hide items to come back and get on discount day
* We reserve the right to limit the number of individuals into home at one time and will also request a single file line before entering. Weather is getting colder so please feel free to wait in your car until we get there.
* All items must be out by 5pm on last day of sale
* Forms of payment are Checks, cash and credit cards
* We take all information on credit card transactions, if u dispute your credit card charge after the purchase you will be blocked from future credit card purchases

Discounts will be 50% off tomorrow with a few exceptions! Numbers will be out at 12 noon! At 4pm I will sell items in bulk, example all jewelry for one price, all Christmas for one price, all collector plates for one price and so on! We have plenty of boxes and wrapping just bring you, a truck and help to move the furniture!! 😊
There is a Great mixture of items at this sale including furniture, jewelry, tools and accessories. Owner was a Sarah Coventry rep so there is tons of her old stock jewelry. We have a garage refrigerator, freezer and washer dryer available. Furniture pieces available are a blue leather double reclining sofa, blue sleeper sofa, American Drew bedroom set, beautiful poster bed, dresser and armoire, large jewelry armoire, dining table and chairs with matching buffet and hutch, another oak hutch, felt lined drawered chest, 2 stack lawyers bookcase (needs work), porch swing, trunk, patio glider, patio chairs and much more! We are still unpacking boxes so keep checking back for more details and pictures.
