Gay Gasper Estate Sale ANTIQUES & FINE ITEMS in HILLSBOROUGH
Feb 27
8am to 3pmFeb 28
12pm to 3pmTerms & Conditions
LINE UP PROCEDURE FOR THIS SALE - we are handing out numbers, as we expect to have a good crowd.
As always with Gay Gasper Estate Sales, we use the time-honored system of having the first person to arrive at the sale with the intention of staying until the sale starts making a list with a sheet of paper and a pen and leaving it at the front door. That person starts the list, and is #1. The second person to arrive with the intention of staying puts his/her name on "the list", and is #2, and so on. You don't have to stand on the sidewalk - you can sit in your car- but if you put your name on the list and leave, you will lose your spot. Line up in order of arrival according to the list at 6:50; I will hand out numbers at 7:00 a.m. Once you have a number, go get coffee, bathroom break, etc. and come back, line up at 7:50, and we will start the sale at 8 a.m. . If you line yourselves up beforehand, everything goes faster.
We accept cash, checks and credit cards with proper id. Tag sale items are for the most part either vintage/used; they are sold "as is", and cannot be returned. No previews or early sales. We try to keep plenty of packing paper and boxes on hand for our buyers. Please bring help to load furniture. Purchases MUST be picked up by the end of the sale, unless other arrangements are made with us. Neither we nor the homeowner will be held responsible for accidents. We love well-behaved children and they are ALWAYS welcome at our sales.
