-Please do not pull a tag if you do not wish to purchase the item. Should you do so by mistake, please alert one of our staff so the item may be made available for sale again. Tearing or pulling the tag does indicate your intent to purchase the item!
-All items must be removed by close of sale on Saturday unless prior arrangements have been made with the staff.
-Well behaved children are welcome, however they must be accompanied by an adult at all times! We reserve the right to ask unattended or misbehaved children and their accompanying adult to leave the sale at our discretion.
-Please DO NOT bring pets to the sale.
-Anyone found purposefully breaking or removing an items without paying will be prosecuted to the fullest extend allowed by law.
-Payments Accepted: Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express. ($20.00 minimum on credit cards please) Proper ID required when using check or credit card.
