Cash is preferred. Credit cards are accepted (if you agree to pay the bank service fee) and the new policy of over $50. per transaction.
We, and the homeowner, are not responsible for accidents, injury, or damage.
It is recommended that you bring your own tote bags, boxes, and packing paper.
All items are sold "as is" and there are no returns.

Lineup numbers will be on the front porch at 8AM and the door will open promptly at 9AM on Saturday. There will NOT be lineup numbers on Sunday and the door will open at 10 AM on Sunday.
