We welcome you to the tag sale. A few suggestions:

Please bring adequate help if you need assistance with loading heavy purchases.

Cash is preferred. Credit cards are accepted (if you agree to pay the bank service fee) and the new policy of over $50. per transaction.

We, and the homeowner, are not responsible for accidents, injury, or damage.

It is recommended that you bring your own tote bags, boxes, and packing paper.

All items are sold "as is" and there are NO returns.....it is your responsibility to test an electrical item before purchasing.

***Preparing for a sale is more labor intensive than you are aware of so it's not possible to answer individual questions ~ especially regarding prices.

Wow ~ here’s another great sale featuring beautiful furniture and home decor accessories for every room of the house ~ including a well-stocked kitchen with All-Clad cookware and ladies clothing (St. John) and designer handbags!

Line-up numbers will be on the front porch at 8AM and the door will open promptly at 9AM (no numbers on Sun). If an early-bird starts a sign-up sheet, shoppers must remain on the property until they get their number at 8.  
Entry will be limited and controlled to 20 shoppers at a time.

Masks😷 are encouraged.  Please social distance inside and outside of the house.  

Delivery available for hire.
