If you park incorrectly they will tow your vehicle in Huntersville.
(They require enough space to drive a fire truck down the street)
You are responsible to load your own items (that means bring help!)

We are not responsible for accidents ,theft or injuries while on the clients property
If items are not picked up at appointed times and the sale has ended you will
not receive a refund.

Note: Alley behind the house is a Dead End and no good turn around space.
Larger items or bulk purchases can be loaded out the front door or park on the
side street. These homes are packed in tight so wear your comfy shoes and
don't park in front of a mailbox. Mailman will not stop for a parked car.
