We welcome you to the tag sale. A few suggestions:

Please bring adequate help if you need assistance with loading heavy purchases.

Cash is preferred. Credit cards are accepted (if you agree to pay the bank service fee) and the new policy of over $50. per transaction.

We, and the homeowner, are not responsible for accidents, injury, or damage.

It is recommended that you bring your own tote bags, boxes, and packing paper.

All items are sold "as is" and there are no returns.

***Preparing for a sale is more labor intensive than you are aware of so it's not possible to answer individual questions ~ especially regarding prices.

The interior of this lovely home is picture perfect!  

Everything from the rugs on the floor to the light fixtures on the ceiling are for sale including a beautiful crystal Schonbek chandelier.  

In addition to nearly-new furniture and home decor accessories, even the light fixtures, chandeliers, and custom window treatments can be yours!

Leather furniture (Thomasville black set: 7 ft. sofa & L-shape section priced separately and Bernhardt tan 8 ft. sofa & 58" loveseat priced separately), one queen bed, one king bed, set of twin beds, 2 dining tables (52" glass top/wood pedestal and a black bistro set), outdoor furniture with a Weber grill, several stained glass lamps including a floor lamp, beautiful ornate mirrors, area rugs, custom-made bed linens & pillows, decorative accessories, Hummel figurines & plates, kitchenware, and many more pretty things!

There are large garage shelves, a small refrigerator, ladders, and garden tools & planters.

Entry numbers will be on the front porch at 8 AM on Saturday and at noon on Sunday.
