BRING HELP TO LOAD LARGE ITEMS! Pay and pick up day is Wednesday, May 13, from 11AM-5PM and Thursday, May 14 from 11-2PM. ITEMS MUST BE PICKED ON THE DESIGNATED DAYS unless prior arrangements are made.

READ THIS REGARDING FIREARMS:

Special requirements for firearms all FFL laws apply. Firearms requiring FFL transfers are being held at Beltway Gun and Pawn 11500-B Independence Blvd. Matthews, NC 28105. 704-847-4181. Firearms requiring FFL transfers must be picked up at this location after the invoice has been paid in full at Belk Auction Company location. Buyer will need to have the paid receipt to take to the FFL location to pick up the firearm. Transfer fees are $50.00 per gun. If buyer purchases more than one gun the first will be 50.00 and each additional will be $25.00. The transfer fees are to be paid to Beltway Gun and Pawn upon pick up at their location. Ask questions before bidding if unsure.

All invoices must be paid by 4 PM on Thursday, May 14 or the credit card on file will be charged through Proxibid. No exceptions. Some exceptions allowed for firearms due to requirements.

Please be aware of pay and pick up times. We cannot store your purchases!

Terms: 15% buyer's premium, Cash (2% discount), MC/VISA, Paypal, Venmo. Vehicles and precious metal are cash, certified funds. All invoices must be paid within the two day timeframe or your card on file with Proxibid will be charged.

Sales tax applies unless exempt. Tax exemption forms must be on file with Proxibid or you will be charged sales tax. No sales tax on titled vehicles. Contact Proxibid if you wish to have a tax exemption form on file. Unpaid invoices will be reported to Proxibid.
