Doors will open at the published time, not before.
We will accept cash and checks with proper I.D.
The number of people in the house at any one time may be limited at our discretion for everyone's safety. Please know we will get everyone in as soon as possible.
No large bags or purses will be permitted.
Please bring your own boxes and packing material.
Be sure to examine all items closely and carefully before you pay for them. Remember all items SOLD AS IS, NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS. All sales are final. No warranties expressed or implied.
If you break or damage an item you are responsible for the cost of the item.
Removal of purchased items is the responsibility of the customer. Bring appropriate help.
Large item pick-up will be available Friday 5 - 6, Saturday and Sunday 3 - 4.
PLEASE be respectful of the neighbors and do not block their driveway or mailbox. Also make sure you are not blocking the flow of traffic. Emergency vehicles MUST be able to get down the street.
Shoppers are not allowed to bring food, drinks or animals into the home. Children under the age of 18 must be under constant supervision, there are many fragile items.
Bathrooms ARE NOT available.
Not responsible for on-site accidents.
Shop lifters will be prosecuted!
Prices will not be released prior to sale.
