2. No prices are given prior to sale.
3. No pre-sales.
4. There will be a sign up sheet out 60 minutes prior to the sale to determine your order of entrance.
5. Items must be removed without damage to the house.
6. Please bring muscle for loading of large items. We do not load furniture.
7. We are not responsible for accidents.
8. Everything is being sold as-is, where-is, with no implied or expressed warranties or guarantee. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!!
9. All purchased items must be removed from the premises by the end of the sale.
10. Please be respectful to the neighbors when parking and do not block driveways, or park in yards, or block mailboxes.
