1. Accepted forms of payment are cash, approved check, and credit/debit cards with a 3% transaction fee applied to purchase.
2. No prices given prior to sale.
3. No pre-sales.
4. Sign-up sheet will be placed outside one hour prior to sale to determine your order of entrance.
5. Items must be removed in a timely fashion.
6. Please bring help for loading of large items.
7. Not responsible for accidents.
8. Everything is being sold as is where is with no implied or expressed warranties or guarantees.
9. All purchased items must be removed from premises by Saturday at 2:00 p.m.
10. Please be respectful to neighbors when parking and do not block drives or park in yards.
11. A 7% sales tax will apply to all purchases unless you present a sales tax exemption form.

Estate tag sale in Jamestown, N.C. 27282 to be conducted on Friday July 28th from 10:00am-3:00pm and Saturday July 29th from 9:00am-2:00pm. Sale address is 300 Woodmont Rd. Jamestown, N.C. 27282. Sale will feature fine furniture, antiques, guns, collectibles, albums, comic books, toys, clothing, china, glassware, some military items, kitchenware, household, tools, yard items, linens, bedding, washer and dryer, refrigerator and more. Please check photo captions for details. A sign-up sheet will be placed outside near garage door one hour prior to sale start each day. Line forms here sign will also be placed near garage door.
