* We accept cash, checks and credit cards (w/ 3% credit card fee).
* Numbers will be passed out 60 minutes prior to start of sale to determine entrance order and each person will need a number for entry.
* Please note, we do not use or honor sign-up sheets.
* NO previews, pre-sales or prices given out prior to sale.
* Exception to pre-sales: at clients request, we will offer certain items (ie: vehicles) as a pre-sale. Rules for any pre-sales will be posted.
* All valuables are stored off-site until day of the sale.
* Please remember that items may be added (and occasionally removed) by client prior to the sale date(s).
* If you damage anything, please alert one of our staff members.
* Prices are NOT negotiable since our sales contain merchandise honestly presented and fairly priced.
* All items are sold “AS IS” with no implied or expressed warranties. Please look over your purchases. No refunds.
* Please come prepared to wrap and pack your own purchases. While we do occasionally provide wrapping paper and boxes, this is not always the case.
* All purchased items must be removed prior to close of business on the last day of sale.
* Please bring your own help and tools for the loading of large items.
* Please do not park in or block the driveway unless you are loading large items. Please do not block neighbors driveways or park in their yards.
* We reserve the right to refuse to serve or allow entrance to anyone.
* Not responsible for accidents.
* For your safety, the safety of others, we reserve the right to limit the number of shoppers entering the sale.
* An estate sale can be a great place to teach your children about history, however we ask that they be SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES.
* Remember your “estate sale etiquette”. Please be very respectful of the homeowner’s house and belongings.
* We DO NOT provide public restrooms.
* Per NC Senate Bill 557 (S.B.557), all Estate/Tag Sale operations must collect sales tax. If you are tax-exempt please bring proof with you.
* PLEASE practice and maintain proper social distancing while at our sale.
* PLEASE adhere to any face mask requirements that may still be in place at the time of the sale.
* As a general rule, if you DO NOT feel well, please be kind to yourself & others and stay home. Remember, there will always be another sale!

Calling all car guys (and gals)! This sale is for all those who repair or rebuild classic cars. We have a LARGE assortment of NIB AUVECO fasteners and other parts for your 1960’s & 1970’s cars and trucks.
This estate tag sale will take place Friday, September 10th (8am - 3pm) and Saturday, September 11th (8am - 2pm). It will feature a home and garage with a variety of items including, but not limited to: furniture, antiques, vintage 1960's, 70's & 80's Playboy magazines, various Ralph Lauren & Polo Bear items, home theater electronics including a 70" SHARP Aquos TV, tools, household items, high-end men's clothing (Brooks Brothers, Polo, Ralph Lauren) and men’s shoes (size 9), vintage china, Christmas, and many other great finds in Kernersville, NC!
