We accept cash, checks, and credit cards; proper identification required. Credit/Debit card purchases will incur a 4% fee.
We promise to price items reasonably and fairly. Families deserve a good return on their belongings and we believe fairness is extremely important to the families and customers. Please do not ask for or expect additional deep discounts off the prices we spend our time tagging onto items.
This is not an auction; most all items will be clearly tagged with prices for purchase at the sale; please only remove tags from large items that you intend to purchase. Please do not request prices prior to sale days; prices are not available prior to sale days.; items are not available for purchase prior to sale days.
We do not always put out a sign-up sheet; the description of the sale will indicate whether there is one or not for a sale.
All items are sold AS-IS and all sales are final; no warranties, exchanges, or refunds.
Please bring your own help to load large items.
We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for accidents/injuries or for loss/theft of personal belongings.

Access to the property is strictly limited to sale days, during hours directly associated with the sale. Any entry onto the property otherwise by unauthorized persons is Trespassing and prosecutable by law.
