We try to have boxes and packing materials available, but please bring your own if you're an enthusiastic shopper! Ours are limited.
We do prosecute shoplifters and have security on site.
Attendees are expected to treat others respectfully while in line and inside the sale site.
Attendees who do not conduct themselves appropriately may be banned from future sales.
Activity on sale sites prior to the sale will be considered trespassing.
Legacy Estate Liquidations and the homeowner are not responsible for accidents on estate sale premises.
Sales tax and credit card convenience fees are added to the sales price.
Dealers, please have your Tax-exempt sheet available. We do not take the number from memory or note card. Thank you for understanding.
Valuables are removed from the site during off-hours.

This sale has a very large array of items for any common collector, home stager, or simple bargain shopper. You will find thrift items at thrift prices all the way to high-end collectible music equipment, billard items, and everything in between. This sale is looked in Kill Devil Hills but very much worth the drive for our Chesapeake, VB, customers! Beautiful views along the way and great breakfast and lunch hole in the wall small businesses ready to fill your belly! Check out the photos and don't miss out on this one.
