Terms of Tag Sale:

1. Accepted forms of payment are cash, approved check, and credit/debit cards with a 3% transaction fee applied to purchase.
2. No prices given prior to sale.
3. No pre-sales.
4. Numbers will be handed out 30 minutes prior to start time to determine your order of entrance.
5. Items must be removed in a timely fashion.
6. Please bring help for loading of large items.
7. Not responsible for accidents.
8. Everything is being sold as is where is with no implied or expressed warranties or guarantees.
9. All purchased items must be removed from premises by Saturday at 2:00 p.m.
10. Please be respectful to neighbors when parking and do not block drives or park in yards.
11. A 7% sales tax will apply to all purchases unless you present a sales tax exemption form.

                                                 Estate Tag Sale in Lexington, N.C.! Remaining contents 50% off!
Estate tag sale in Lexington, N.C. to be conducted on Friday September 16th from 10:00am to 3:00pm and Saturday September 17th from 9:00am to 2:00pm. Estate sale address is 661 Jarrell Rd. Lexington, N.C. 27292. Please note that home is located at end of long driveway. Parking is located at front, side and back of home. Please do not block driveway. Sale is loaded with immaculate primitives including furniture, pottery, enamelware, jars and bottles, kitchen items, lamps, wooden boxes, trunks, pie safe, corner cupboard, and much more. Owners collected for many years and had a very discriminating eye for primitives and antiques. If you like quality primitives and antiques this is the sale for you.
