2. No prices given prior to sale.
3. No pre-sales.
4. A sign-up sheet will be placed outside front door one hour prior to start time to determine your order of entrance.
5. Items must be removed in a timely fashion.
6. Please bring help for loading of large items.
7. Not responsible for accidents.
8. Everything is being sold as is where is with no implied or expressed warranties or guarantees.
9. All purchased items must be removed from premises by Sunday at 5:00 p.m.
10. Please be respectful to neighbors when parking and do not block drives or park in yards.
11. A 7% sales tax will apply to all purchases unless you present a sales tax exemption form.

Estate tag sale in Lexington, N.C. to be conducted on Saturday December 6th, 2025 (9:00am-2:00pm) and Sunday December 7th (12:00pm-5:00pm). Sale address is 7 Twin Acres Dr. Lexington, N.C. 27292. A sign-up sheet will be posted outside of garage door one hour prior to sale start time on each day.
