Southmont Estate Tag Sale

PoloPA sign up sheet will be available approximately 1 hour prior to opening time on each sale day .
We will allow entry to the sale in order from the sign up sheet. Please be courteous to others when entering the sale.

Estate/ Tag Sale Terms and Conditions :
1. Please bring materials to pack and bag your items .
2. Please bring help to load heavy items. Big Top Estate Sales cannot provide lift or loading help.
* In some cases you may be asked to return to the sale to load items at a later time especially heavy, bulky items from smaller spaces during busy sale times
3. We accept Cash , Debit/ Credit Cards ( 3% fee ) ; Paypal ( 3% fee) and Venmo ( 3% fee )
4. Sales Tax will be applied to all purchases unless a valid tax exempt number and resale certificate is provided
4. Due Diligence: Every effort has been made to provide the information, descriptions, and photos that best represent each item in the estate sale . However, accuracy is not guaranteed and each buyer is responsible for conducting their own independent due diligence concerning items of interest.
5. Warranty: All items are sold as is, where is, without warranty expressed or implied.
6. Changes to the Estate Sale : To best respond to various circumstances during the estate sale set up , changes to specific items may occur without notice. Items may be added or removed without notice.
7. All items are to be removed from premises at time of purchase unless otherwise arranged . Big Top Estate Sales is not responsible for items left on premises during or after the sale.
8. No refunds or returns
9. Neither the facility nor Big Top Estate Sales shall be responsible for accidents, injury, or theft of any kind.
10. No Pre-sales or prices will be given out prior to the sale.
